Dear Born Baby & Kids will, at their discretion, at different times, list on assorted third party market platforms, such as Amazon, The Bay (HBC), Walmart and / or Best Buy. Although these products are fulfilled by Dear Born Baby & Kids, you remain a client of the platform and must refer to their return, refund & exchange policies. If you have issues with a third-party platform shipment please convey your concerns through their portal and we will in turn work with them to make sure you receive the service you need.
